the location was quiet and nice, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was patient. the hotel rooms were new-fashioned and immaculate with tv, very comfortable beds, kitchen.

Very-very nice staff, impeccably clean rooms with very comfortable beds, TV plus lovely views. Stunning and lovely location so close to a beautiful valley in a local area.

Absolutely lovely views but not so lovely noise insulation, woke up at 6am by others, how charming! And don't get me started on the shared kitchen, it screaming for an upgrade. A complimentary gesture woudl ve been nice for these issues, but guess I'm not special enough. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

The setup features shared living areas. It was awkward walking past strangers to access the shared bathrooms, and the crowded kitchen made cooking a challenge.

Very poor noise insulation!!! Shared kitchen led to an awkward experience!!! Parking was unnecessarily complicated!!! The bathroom sink didn't drain properly, just annoying!!! A more private environment would greatly enhance the stay!!!

Hot tub stargazing vibes!

The location is super pretty, surrounded by mountains. Enjoyed the hot tub while gazing at the stars, totally magical! The kitchen was handy for making snacks, and the little picnic tables outside were great for hanging out. Just be ready for the noise. You can hear everything between rooms.

It was just a fitting option for a swift visit in Varmahlid with great value. The hot tub was amazing for stargazing at night after a long day. Bring some earplugs, as noise travels easily between rooms.

Sythra-skoerthugil guesthouse had a great view of the northern lights. We loved the hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked. It's also in a lovely spot right in front of a farm.
